A Woman's Manners are her Fortune!  Antiquated Etiquette Block of the Month tells the story of Hilda Hoity-Toity and Penelope. Hilda has the etiquette for every occasion and pesters Penelope about every aspect. You'll read about their antics while learning about etiquette and days gone by. Each month, you'll receive the fabric and full-color instructions that you need to create a 12" quilt block and a 6" quilt block in Orange and Teal solid colored fabrics. You'll also receive an information packed booklet on the history of proper etiquette  etiquette with illustrations from different time periods.
